Match the chat to your brand. Colors, position, agent identity, auto-open rules — and on Pro+, remove our badge.

What you can change
- Colors — accent, bubble background, header background.
- Position — bottom-right, bottom-left, with X/Y offset.
- Launcher — built-in icon, custom image URL, or text+icon row.
- Agent identity — display name, subtitle, avatar URL.
- Greeting & placeholder — first AI message, composer hint.
- Auto-open — open after N seconds (great for landing pages).
- Page rules — show on / hide on patterns (e.g.
/checkout/*).
Live preview
The customizer shows a live, full-fidelity preview as you type. No save needed to see changes.
Pro+ removes the Powered by ReplyFront badge
On Pro and Scale plans the “Powered by” line in the widget footer is automatically hidden.
Performance
The widget loader is <5kb gzipped and lazy-mounts the full UI on click. Theme is fetched once and cached for 5 minutes.
