How it works
- Choose a channel (web, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp).
- Filter the audience: tags, has email, last seen window, locale.
- Compose the message (optionally with a CTA button).
- Send now or schedule for later.
Channel rules
WhatsApp requires approved templates outside the 24h window. Messenger requires the One-Time Notification or Recurring Notification permission. The composer warns you when a send would violate a platform rule.
Audience size
The composer shows a live audience count before you send so you don’t accidentally spam everyone.
