What lives in the KB

How retrieval works

Each entry is chunked, embedded with text-embedding-3-small, and stored in your workspace’s vector index. On every customer message we run a top-k search and pass the matches into the AI context.

Re-embed automatically
When you save an entry, re-embedding runs in the background. Big imports? They land in the queue and don’t block your dashboard.

Limits

  • Free: 100 entries.
  • Pro: 5,000 entries.
  • Scale: unlimited.
