Cookie Policy
Last updated April 19, 2026
This page explains the cookies and similar technologies that ReplyFront sets when you use our websites and dashboard. For data we collect about end customers of merchant storefronts via the embeddable widget, see our Privacy Policy.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser. We also use other technologies like localStorage and sessionStorage for the same purposes — this policy covers them collectively.
Cookies we set

|---|---|---|---|
| ch_session | Authenticates merchant and staff users. | Strictly necessary | 30 days, sliding |
| ch_csrf | Mitigates cross-site request forgery on form submissions. | Strictly necessary | Browser session |
| ch_widget_session | Persists a chat conversation for an end customer. | Strictly necessary | 30 days |
| ch_consent | Remembers your cookie choices. | Strictly necessary | 12 months |
| ch_anon | Aggregated, anonymized analytics for product improvement. | Analytics (opt-in) | 12 months |
Third-party cookies
Some pages embed Stripe Checkout or the Stripe Customer Portal. Stripe sets its own cookies on those pages — see Stripe's cookie policy.
Managing cookies
Strictly necessary cookies cannot be turned off without breaking core functionality (sign-in, security, billing). Optional cookies are off by default; enable them via the consent banner. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings, or use private/incognito mode.
Do Not Track
We do not collect cross-site behavioural data or sell personal information, so we treat the browser-level "Do Not Track" signal as informational. Setting it does not change our behaviour materially because we already do not engage in tracking advertising.
