Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated April 19, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service. By using ReplyFront, you agree not to do any of the following, and not to enable or encourage anyone else to do so.

You will not

  • Spam or harass. Send unsolicited bulk messages, chain messages, or messages that violate CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, TCPA, or similar laws.
  • Defraud customers. Misrepresent products, prices, or sender identity. Operate phishing or scam storefronts.
  • Impersonate others. Pretend to be another business, person, or government agency.
  • Distribute prohibited content. Including child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, content that incites violence, illegal drugs/firearms (where prohibited), pirated or infringing material.
  • Run unsupported workloads. Cryptocurrency mining, denial-of-service attacks, large-scale scraping of unrelated sites, distributing malware.
  • Attack our infrastructure. Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without prior written authorisation; circumvent rate limits or quotas.
  • Misuse AI features. Use the Service to generate content that defames, harasses, or infringes others' rights; jailbreak the model to bypass safety guardrails; or apply AI to high-risk decisions (medical, legal, financial advice presented as definitive) without appropriate human oversight.
  • Resell without permission. White-label or resell the Service without a written reseller agreement.

Channel-specific rules

When you connect a third-party messaging channel (Shopify, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.), you must also comply with that platform's policies, including message templates, opt-in requirements, and 24-hour service windows.

Enforcement

Violations may result in throttling, suspension, or termination. We may notify affected parties and law enforcement when required by law or when public safety is at risk. Reports of abuse can be sent to [email protected].
